You can certainly cut the time it takes dealing with underwriter's requirements, when you already know them and submit everything correctly on the first pass.<BR/>I appraised residential real estate for over 20 years, so I'm somewhat familiar with the processing and underwriting operation. And underwriter guidelines for appraisals can sometimes be demanding. It's also important that an appraisal stand up to underwriting scrutiny on the first pass.
