This is why I would gladly settle for just a billion dollars. ;-)
Runaway spending has been a hallmark of the U.S. Government since the days of Ronald Reagan. Tossing around such sums of money like chump change is something Democratic and Republican administrations have done and will do without a second thought.
Wait....GWbush had a "plan"? I hate the fact that this country is in this situation and hopefully, things will turn around soon....It ain't looking good though.
